The communications followed awakened me that Expansys is a small time poor and mean service online store and should be avoided by all means. They don't have any price match with other online vendors. You have to pay return shipping yourself and even restocking fee if the package is opened. A $10 lesson that I should have stayed with the major national online retailers, and never be tempted by seemingly good prices, which are often exploited by small time retailers like Expansys to lure and hook bargain seeking consumers. Expansys said in its response it was not contacted with this order. I have email exchanges with its customer support that I can forward to Expansys. Another indication of poor customer services."

"I found Expansys-USA to be an acceptable retailer. Product was packages well, and shipping time was not outrageous. Packaging time could be lower, and I would prefer a signature-required shipping practice, as my package arrived while I was out of town, and sat outside my apartment for several days. "
