"Expansys is a great company with great customer service. I had a few issues with my package. This was my first transaction.

Fedex deliberately misdelivered my package (not the first time. Fedex sucks in my area). The recipient called Expansys about it. Expansys then called me to notify me of the mishap. Expansys called me as soon as they hung up with that recipient. They really do take care of you and make sure you get what you ordered and are satisfied.

Another issue I had was a B-stock phone (pretty much new condition, I might add) that wasn't unlocked. They said it may have been a rogue phone that was just missed for its unlocking. I let them know and they were very courteous and professional. In only a matter of a few days they supplied me with the unlock code and my phone was unlocked. Mind you, the Motorola Flipout isn't an easy phone to unlock, as I have searched on many forums.

Overall, for a first-time deal with Expansys with some complications, they greatly exceeded my expectations with their CS. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. They are one of those companies that really do care about its consumers."
