"I have purchased a couple of items from this place. April 2024 i purchased 2 items totaling $661.09. They didnt fit. I read their crappy rules should figured something was shady and ratchet. Taking advantage of women who attend church. I received items Tuesday, they received by Thursday. I left a voice mail and a written letter (i kept a copy). Told them i needed a larger size and to hold them, so i can switch off. Apparently they Didnt read the note because they were money hungry. I talked to a man one time and left 5 voice mails. Nothing. I sent a list of 6 outfits in my size to switch out. Nothing. Nothing. This went on for several weeks. I am on a payment plan to pay them. They received one payment and expect me to pay four hundred dollars for something i didn't receive. I filed a complaint with the attorney general, the BBB ( not a member) and a small claim court. They take advantage of older women if their is a problem. Don't patronize don't care race. They only see the money and will not work with older women. "Read reviews and return policy. Spent over $200 by the time I received it, and size was almost twice as big as me! The material was ultra cheap and the product looked so much better online. Would have cost me more money to ship back, and only store credit at that. Threw away.

"If you don't read their return policy you are in for a RUDE awakening. If your item doesn't fit ot will be your fault because you ordered the WRONG SIZE! Not because the items are cheaply and incorrectly made in China. And EVEN THOUGH the label clearly says made in China the representative will say all the items are made in USA. I bought a suit that is beautiful purple color and nice crepe fabric but it has strangely puckered seams around the shoulders and chest. This company charges a 20% restocking fee for ANY return or exchange!! And they only give merchandise credit so that you have to buy some other cheaply made item or lose your money. Well you lose your money either way.
Bottom line - DON'T BUY FROM EXPRESSURWAY!"
"I did order a suit from this store ONLINE, mistake 1. I failed to read any reviews because I ordered a black suit. I received the suit in a timely fashion, but the color was so off. The black suit had a pink (or something) underlay which made the suit look brown or bronzie in person. I had to pay to have the suit sent back, a 20% restocking fee was subtracted and all I could get was a in-store credit. Once bitten, twice shy, never again! Enjoy my money cause I want EVER purchase again."

"Please do not order from this company/vendor-- (Expressurway). The clothes/items are over-priced and very poor quality and they are very aware that their items are not worth selling. Ordering their items/clothes online can be so deceiving because the color and material are not true to item. This is why they don't give much details about their clothes/items. Expressurway know their items are of very poor quality and I guarantee they will not issue refunds. They only issue in-store credit to their discretion..... in other words, they just ripped you off. If they determine that they will issue an in-store credit, you will not receive the full credit amount because of this ridiculous re-stocking fee. There is no guarantee they will issue the in-store credit. This company/vendor is so dishonest and has no integrity at all. Expressurway company/vendor sale majority of church accessories/ clothing/uniforms, but the quality is very, very poor and their items are over-priced. Order from Expressurway at your own risk and I guarantee you will be very, very, disappointed. Please don't be deceived by their so called Christian value just because they put a Bible verse on their website. True Christians do not practice dishonesty and take advantage of church people or anyone. "This has been the most difficult and miserable experience in my life the customer service is absolutely rude, first I placed and order online then I received a call saying the suit was out of stock in my size then they said the suit was available in the size but that it comes big, so I changed the suit to different suit, I told the person taking my order that I needed this to be delivered by Friday May 21, 2015 and I paid $35.00 extra dollars to have it on time, just spoke with Express U R Way's customer service Ashley and she was rude and said I should have paid $100.00 for over night shipping I think UPS and Federal Express should note these upcharges I explained that I wasn't given an option of overnight, ask for her manager when she came to the phone she said I didn't have a problem as long as it get there tomorrow which is fine but for her to refuse to give me my order number is ridiculous I had to explain that it was the law."
"They take too long to ship items and when I called to inquire the customer service was bad. With their cheap looking website i don't think this is a good deal for the prices they charge. What kind of retailer takes 7 days before they even ship the product. All in all it takes almost two weeks just to get something shipped from TN. That is an appalling supply chain system.
