"This has been the most difficult and miserable experience in my life the customer service is absolutely rude, first I placed and order online then I received a call saying the suit was out of stock in my size then they said the suit was available in the size but that it comes big, so I changed the suit to different suit, I told the person taking my order that I needed this to be delivered by Friday May 21, 2015 and I paid $35.00 extra dollars to have it on time, just spoke with Express U R Way's customer service Ashley and she was rude and said I should have paid $100.00 for over night shipping I think UPS and Federal Express should note these upcharges I explained that I wasn't given an option of overnight, ask for her manager when she came to the phone she said I didn't have a problem as long as it get there tomorrow which is fine but for her to refuse to give me my order number is ridiculous I had to explain that it was the law."
