"I just want to say this site is a untrustable. I ordered my eyeglasses from March, 27 of 2009 and I did not get my eyeglasses until the second week of April. I forgave that but when I tried to wear it, I saw nothing. Also, it made feel dizzy so I brought it out to two other local eye doctors and they told exactly samething to me that the measurement of the the eyeglasses and the prep. was not match so I returned it to eyedocshoppe and they fixed nothing and sent it back to me and again I still could not see anything so I returned second time and yet I wanted my money back. They said that they cannot refund the money on lenses because it is not refundable but it was their fault. They screwed up everything. Also, they said that the refund on the frame will take from 2-5 days which took place from June,19 but guess what now is july,5 but I still waiting for the refund. Anyway, this site or store does not have any good exp. technician just some crabby people so please don't order anything from this site period. THEY WILL SCREW YOU UP AND TAKE YOUR MONEY. "Don't buy from this site...I thought I'll give it a chance due to the reviews and I got burned! brought a pair of Oakley eyeglass frames and received that the order went out a week after I ordered it online. Never got a tracking number so I talked to customer service and they said the package was sent priority mail 2-4 days...well a week later i hadn't received it so i sent them a email asking what's going on with my order. I got a email saying that the post office couldn't find it and that they were going to ship out another pair but it was back ordered and I would have to wait till June 24th for it to be in stock again. I think they just want to keep my money..FRAUDS!!

"Extremely upset with this merchant. Purchased replacement lenses for my Oakleys on the 21st of March. E-mailed them on the 30th and got no reply on status of order. Phoned them on April 1st and was told my order is not in stock and had to order from Oakley. They told me my item would be shipped on the 2nd. What a joke! Extremely poor communication and service. Will never place an order with them again. Will encourage others not to as well. Hopefully my item arrives as promised."
"I was a bit wary of placing an order with EyeDocShoppe at first since there are very few online reviews of their store, and the ones that can be found have mixed content. However, the price they had on the sunglasses I wanted was too good to pass up ($25 cheaper than ebay and $40+ cheaper than regular online retailers) so I took the plunge. The deal was even sweeter with a $10 off online coupon I found without much effort. I paid with Paypal to have additional protection just in case they didn't come through with the order. One week later, I'm glad to report I'm the happy owner of a brand new, authentic (as far as I can tell) pair of desinger's sunglasses at a bargain price! Delivery time was not too bad (6 days from the time I placed my order) considering that we are located on opposite ends of the country and the shipping charges were $0! Their online (live-chat type) support was very useful as well when I contacted them to inquire about the status of my order. Overall, it was a great shopping experience and I will make sure to check their prices before I make another sunglass purchase in the future."
"I ordered some Blinde Middle Man eyeglasses since the ones that I had were falling apart. I wanted a nice pair of glasses this time and had the money to burn. I found eyedocshoppe and they had the ones that I wanted. They use paypal, which is great, but they need to actually have the glasses in stock. I was toyed around with for a week as they dodged my questions and assured me that the glasses would be shipped on Monday the 12th. Tuesday rolled around, no email, no tracking number. I sent them an email only to receive this response: "we apologize but there was a delay. We receive a call from the manufacturer stating that there were no longer in stock and it would be up to a month until they would be in stock" I love the great grammar in that sentence. Anyways, I wasn't about to wait a month and a week for eyeglasses that were SUPPOSED to be in stock, so I asked live help for a refund. Thank god I used paypal and it hid my information from these people. Sounds like a ripoff to me. Matter of fact, it is 3 days after I received the email and there is no indication that those eyeglasses are out of stock. Is there an actual legit eyeglasses seller on the internet that sells designer frames???? I will never shop here again, and you shouldn't give them business either. "
"I ordered it Wednesday morning and it says will ship after the order is processed. Well, they didn't tell me until Friday that the product was no longer available. They didn't offer any concessions for their mistake and my time either. They just told me I could get a refund or order something else.

I tried sending them into an online repair shop that turned out to be a scam! (Buyers beware of www.decormyeyes.com) Anyway, I found them NEW on www.eyedocshoppe.com for about half the price! The shipping took a little longer than expected, but I was informed by their friendly customer service that they were being ordered directly from the manufacturer and would take some extra time to be delivered. I received an email when shipped a few days later and everything's perfect! I'm so happy to have my glasses back and I know where I will go next time I'm looking for sunglasses on the internet!
