"I had purchased from EyeSave years ago and remembered it being a great experience. I purchased Coach Kristina sunglasses this time and entered a code for Free Shipping. The free shipping was good on purchases over $99 and did not expire until 12/31/14. I was not able to get free shipping and was charged $5.95 for standard 3-5 day shipping. Little did I know that EyeSave DOES NOT STOCK Coach sunglasses. They must purchase them from somewhere else and resell them. My order did not even ship for 10 DAYS! My order to delivery was 13 days and is unacceptable. I ordered what I thought would be a gift that severely missed that date. I am upset. I was never informed of the order or shipping delay until I contacted EyeSave on day 9. I actually paid more from EyeSave over eBay because I had done business here before. Never again. I also was ordering Maui Jim Kahana sunglasses for myself but found out that EyeSave IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED MAUI JIM RETAILER and Maui Jim WILL NOT honor their 2 year warrenty if purchased from EyeSave. Be Warned!"
"ordered a pair of coach sunglasses from their website and their website indicates 3-5 days to ship....that was on 11/13 and now it is 11/29 and the web site notification says they are on back order and will ship in a few days..THAT WAS A WEEK AGO!!! i am prepared to loose my money from this mistake of ordering from eyesave. i will not waist my time trying to talk to customer service representatives to hear the obvious answer.(we did not stock them so their on back order)...they should have stated that on the website. I will never order from this website again and google should pay me for having them on the first three of their search for sunglasses."
