"I bought a pair of Maui Jims from Eyesave. After a couple of months, the little bolts that held the lenses to the nose piece became loose and were lost. This happened a week before I was leaving for a beach vacation and was a manufacturer defect. They didn't have the glasses in stock when I contacted them. Matt in the customer service department ordered a new pair from the manufacturer and overnighted them to me so they got there before I left for my vacation. Count me as a very happy customer."

I originally received and email from Eyesave the day after I placed an order for another style informing me that they were on backorder for 2 weeks but they suggested a few other styles they did have in stock. So I checked them out and chose this style, actually glad that I did as the lens is a larger size for the bifocal. But I was concerned that I got my order in rather late as my husbands party was only 3 days away, on a Saturday. I expected to receive them the following Monday but was pleasantly surprised they arrived on that Saturday. He absolutely loves them! Unfortunately two out of the three glasses I ordered were out of stock. So I ended up paying the same postage costs for ONE pair that I would have been charged for all three. And I was a little disappointed in the quality of the glasses. No prizes for guessing where they were made. All in all, this turned out to be not the bargain I had hoped for. I would have done better going to my local drugstore for some inexpensive readers. "
