"I always order contacts online and every other site asks for everything they need upfront, on this site you are ONLY told AFTER Payment that you have to upload your valid Rx to be "verified" BEFORE they will mail them! So I paid money and then was basically forced to go get/find my Rx when I'm just re-ordering. They do NOT tell you before you Pay that it requires the user to Upload a picture of the Rx. It's ridiculous that it's not Upfront about its Terms and ridiculous that it requires Rx on a Refill/Re-order. It's already loaded! "
