After the first order I placed, they called me back a few hours later and told me that the item wasn't in stock and so it wouldn't be available to ship for 7-10 business days. I told them to cancel the order. A few hours later, I placed another order for a different item. This time, they waited 3 days to call me to tell me that it would be an additional 4 days until my order shipped. I asked if it was in stock and he said that it was, but they were celebrating their 5 year anniversary so there was a delay. What does that have to do with anything?! Serve your customers or you won't have a 6 year anniversary. Unbelievable. I cancelled that order and bought the same item for a lower price from a competitor site. I will never order from ezvapes.com again and will be sure to post reviews everywhere possible. "
"Items I ordered were in stock when they accepted my money with 3 to 5 days shipping. Then 3 days later someone called saying my entire order was back ordered and I haven't received any items at all. I ordered over 2 weeks ago. Update your website and don't take people's money and tell them that the items are in stock when they aren't. False advertising , they had no problems immediately charging my card though.!"
