"Ordered ac compressor. They shipped the wrong one. They knew my model and year number. First it was delivered to the wrong address. Then when I found out that it was wrong compressor I contacted them directly and addressed it to one of the employee.
The part was returned. I paid for the shipping. They refused to give any refund back. So now they will have a free compressor they will reuse. I see a lot of un happy customer reviews every where with FCP EURO business. Nobody wants to help. The messages from them our useless. Feels like scammers!!! They only wants your money ONLY. "In short this company has decided to let AI make the decisions who can and can't or who is a fraud and who isn't and if there machine decides you are a fraud they do nothing don't tell you don't send a text no email just don't ship your order when you finely get a live person they say you are a fraud use pay pal and reorder your order was cancelled because our machine said you are a fraud. The funny thing is I have placed several orders here before and told many people because this was a good company but they decided to let AI MAKE ALL THE DECISION NOW and they got there AI at Walmart don't do it there are many places that have human working there you can talk to trust me I have never in my life been told that there machine said I'm a fraud and it told me that to but it didn't if it did I would have corrected that and I would not be writing this review. This feedback is for the customer support team or supply chain team. My experience with customer service was no way close to how FCP branded themselves with customer service on their YouTube Channel. It was perceived as easy and customer friendly while my experience felt like pulling teeth to get them to do the right thing.
FCPEuro - Please investigate and hold your delivery partners accountable for on time deliveries. Your customers are not only businesses, they are also individuals. And when things do not arrive on time, it impacts people's livelihood. People depend on their cars daily. Add a banner to your website and let your current and new customers know to experience shipping delays before they check out.
If you can't hold FedEx accountable for delayed deliveries, then give your customer support team permission to make things right for customers with outstanding issues.
There should be integrity in taking care of your customers whether FCPEuro is at fault or FedEx. Asking someone to continue to wait is not reassuring at all. I've waited over two weeks for "two day shipping." Rather than pointing fingers, do the right thing for your customers and take some ownership as a business.
i.e. if someone pays for two day shipping and experiences more than one shipping delay (3 shipping delays and still counting...), FCPEuro should take care of their customers by submitting another order for next day shipping – no questions asked. That's reassuring and GREAT customer service.
And while it may be an expense for the business, the cost of impacting your brand in a negative way is greater. I'm not sure if I can continue to shop with FCPEuro or let alone recommend it after the customer support experience I've had on four separate occasions for the same problem over a span of two weeks. That should be a signal to your team that something is not right.
FCPEuro should set their customer reps up for success by letting them do the right thing from the get go which is take care of your customers under the right circumstances. Having your customer support team ask your customers to wait and buy more time does not solve anything and only hurts your brand. Come up with solutions and not excuses."

"I have been using FCP for a few years now. Due to their lifetime warranty I've saved thousands on fluids for my vehicles.
I order everything I possibly can for my cars through FCP, because all of their parts are OEM or OE and reasonably priced (even if they are a bit more expensive than competitors, I still choose FCP because warranty). In the rare event I've had an issue with an order, I think it's happened maybe twice, they respond right away even on Sundays and after business hours and remedy it ASAP.
They are also very knowledgeable when it comes to finding a part. I've had them respond to a part inquiry at 10pm on a Sunday. I've also had them respond to posts I've made in Facebook groups pertaining to parts they do not have, without tagging them or referring to them, and they began stocking them (piston cooling jet and oil pressure sensor in the valley of a 4.0t).
This is the best place to get parts and fluids, and I wish other companies would follow their business model.

"So I own a 2007 BMW 650i or rather it owns me... anybody knows theres nothing more expensive than a used German car. I knew it would need some work done when I bought it and from watching other car guys on youtube use FCP Euro I was finally happy to use them for ordering all the parts I need. They do have the best prices for OE or OEM parts and they really do stand by their lifetime warranty which is a huge reason why I use them because I have had a part fail on me and I just ordered a new one filled out a claim sent my old broken part back to them and that was it! I do highly recommend ordering your BMW or other euro parts from them as that lifetime warranty comes in handy, sadly the labor is all on you or your mechanic. "

"I needed some parts for my 2009 VW Tiguan. FCP had a very good selection of what I needed. Good part descriptions to make sure I was buying the correct part. They had Lesjorfors (made in Sweden) OEM quality rear coil springs for about 35% of what VW charges for the OEM replacement part.
I used the economy shipping option which FCP warned would be slower, but my shipment arrived quicker than the estimate.
