Like an increasing number of people, the Internet has become the most convenient way of researching and making a purchase. The referenced order was placed in January, for parts to rebuild the brakes on my daughter's '98 Volvo S70.
The order was filled quickly and included everything I'd ordered from your complete and competitively priced site. More importantly, all of the parts were correct for the vehicle for which they were ordered and fit perfectly. In fact, getting the car away from my daughter to do the job took more time than it took the order to be filled and arrive at my home.
Not atypically, I misinterpreted the quantity of a few parts (clips, and a couple of rubber items) and used the included UPS slip, along with following the clearly written instructions for returning them, to return them to your inventory. That, too, was a seamless and totally satisfactory process.
In summary, when and if I need any other parts to do automotive repair work, I would not hesitate to order from FCP Euro as often as the occasion arose, nor would I hesitate to recommend your site to others.

"Everything went well, have purchased about 10 orders over a few years. Only issue i have ever had was when ordering the non-oem style items. For instance, I needed a new dipstick and there were 2, (i think) a german made for about $25, and (I assume), a chinese one for $6 or so. Thinking what dfference can a dipstip make i bought the cheap one. The end of it however was sharp and badly formed, if I had slid it in, i would have ended up with a bunch of filings straight into the crankcase.
