Shipping from FCP is lightning fast and the cost is always very reasonable, despite the fact that I live on the exact opposite side of North America.

Most of my orders have been complete and well-packed. I have had one wrong part shipped to me in my last order, and 16 pistons instead of 4 were erroneously shipped to me last year... Both mistakes were corrected immediately, and I had a full refund for return shipping and part cost (where applicable) when the returns were received by FCP. To err is human afterall.

The selection and availability of parts is vast, and no stock or backordered parts have never been of issue for me. If they don't stock it, just ask and they are more than willing to try and accommodate.

The pricing is so competitive, I can't buy Volvo/Bosch parts in Canada for the same cost - even when factoring in duty, shipping and currency exchange. Genuine Volvo parts pricing is nearly on-par with my dealer account prices too!
