"I ordered flowers for my mother on her birthday in 2022. The delivery was set up for day before her birthday, and the delivery was never made. The delivery wasn’t made the following day either, and an email offering me credit towards another delivery was proposed. well mom didn’t believe that I had taken the effort to send her something for her birthday. Now two years later, we don’t even speak. This was following a porch pirate incident that took her Christmas gift off of her front doorstep just two months earlier.
At this point, no solution is needed. There is nothing you can do to help me reestablish a relationship with my mother 1500 miles away at this point. Clearly this wasn’t our only problem, but I don’t understand why a phone call wasn’t placed when the delivery didn’t happen. Would have been fine with the delivery 24 hours later. "

"I couldn't be more happy with my orders I have received via FTD. I ordered the Garden of Peace Bouquet which comes in a container you don't know what container it will be since it is florist based on what they have.
I signed the note with the name Queen Bee and the container that arrived had a bee on it! This could be a coincidence or an above and beyond experience. Either way, the recipient was so touched by the bee that she thought for sure it was arranged. Bravo to the florist that went the extra mile!"
"Thank you for the beautiful flowers that I had ordered. The flowers I usually order from you are going to the veterans cemetery in Boulder City, NV. Some times I order a single bouquet and divided between my husband and his two brother, all are interred in the cemetery. The flowers I receive are always fresh and will last for several weeks, not like the ones I usually get at the grocery store that die within days of my picking them up. Great thanks to everyone involved."

FTD offered to reschedule delivery for the next day and processed a 30% credit. Once again, no delivery was made.
FTD offered an additional credit yet again, but what's the point if the order never even shows up in the first place?
I then cut my losses and requested a full refund, but getting it processed was like pulling teeth. The customer service agents are dedicated towards making sure they keep your business, but the services offered are of such poor quality that I was better off seeking elsewhere.
I went directly to a local florist and scheduled delivery for the very next day, which was completed with zero issue.
FTD is a joke. Reach out to a local florist instead and don't waste your time."
