"I ordered a 75th b-day bouquet for my mom. It did not come out ANYTHING like the picture and I was very disappointed. I contacted FTD and they offered to redeliver a new one. After more than a month, nothing came. I had to contact them again about it and this time it was delivered in about 3-5 days. It was much prettier than the first but still not even close to what I had picked out on-line. I expected much better quality for $120. In any event, they did deliver a new one after I had to contact them twice."

"I recently ordered 2 gifts through United Mileage Mall with the advertising of you will receive 25 miles per dollar spent.
I ordered 2 sets of flowers one week apart (did not use any promo codes or coupons) and never received the miles. I followed up twice and still have not received them. Order my next gift through Harry and David and received miles the day after it shipped.

Very disappointed.

I could tell because the vase was different and there were fewer flowers... my daughter sent me a photo. Although I was told a new arrangement would be sent, it was not. Instead, my daughter received a credit on future arrangements. Not what I had hoped, but it was something."
