"Earlier in the year I ordered flowers from you for my daughter. Several attempts were made to deliver the flowers and she was ALWAYS at home. It was astoundingly frustrating. I was told in an email that to make things better, FTD have the florist enhance my order. WELL, they finally came—I happened to be at my daughter’s home that day. The flowers that were delivered were terribly subpar. Not enhanced and the most horrid bouquet I have honestly ever seen. I wanted to cry. My daughter had been sick. I wanted to send her beautiful flowers. But no! She was gracious, but they were horrid and I was, and still am hurt and disappointed."
