"I absolutely love FabKids! I purchase a lot from this site for my only granddaughter, who loves Unicorn anything!!! The quality of the clothing and shoes is great, the fit is good, and this site offers consistent opportunity for purchase at sales prices! I was even surprised at how fast delivery of my purchases has occurred. My only recommendation is that FabKids consider offering sizes above their current range for kids. The sizes currently extend to an XL (14-16), which is great! Adding Junior sizes would be great!"

"After two attempts to use up my credits in an order, including calls to customer service, my order was shorted. They took my money then didn’t have the items I bought. (Also had limited items in the size I wanted need so making the order took forever.) I was refunded my credits but cannot seem to spend them, which means they have my money and I cannot get it out.
On top of that, the site is difficult to navigate on my phone and there’s a formula to how much one needs to spend to access the credits on an account.
Customer service reps on the phone are Knowledgeable and kind but the system ****."
