"I ordered shoes on the 15th still have not received them, there is no tracking info on the website available about the shoes, I am also signed up to receive text alerts about my delivery but I have not received the first message. this company is not honest about its shipping times, it's not honest about putting updates in about the delivery and I will never spend money here again. This is a small company, and in order to grow they need repeat customers they need customers telling their friends and family about them so they can grow, I only have a negative experience to tell my friends and family about. When I contacted customer service about this all Ida could say is they have no control over the delivery once it leaves from the shop and goes with their couriers, I'm sorry but that is not a good answer. They need better customer service and they need to be honest with the people buying their products. "
