"I like the product. The delivery was questionable. It came a little late, no big deal. I was not notified of when it would be here. It was left in front of my garage with no knowledge of it until I happened to see it when I went out. I assume that the possible theft of a $500.00 item doesn't occur to whomever makes your deliveries. Luckily it wasn't raining. It would have been nice it the delivery person had rung the doorbell."

"I ordered a Milwaukee heated vest. They said there was 1 in stock. So I also ordered a battery and charger for the vest. Couple weeks later I got an email that said order shipped. When I received the package it was only the battery and charger. I them called customer service and they said that the vest was on backorder should be shipped in 5 days. 3 weeks later I called again same thing it will be shipped in 5 days. 2 weeks later I got an email that said the item was out of season and they would be refunding me for my vest. I sent an email back asking to be refunded for the whole purchase of the vest, battery and charger since I do not own any Milwaukee tools and have no use for the battery and charger that I only ordered for the vest. I got no response from them and only got reimbursed for the vest. Now I sit here out 60 bucks for a battery and charger that I have no use for. "
