"I compare prices and unfortunately decided to order from this worthless company for some reason even after reading some suspect (pretty negative) reviews. In hindsight, I learned the nearly out an order to the manufacturer and have them deliver it, I should have just ordered straight from the manufacturer for the same price! I ordered this a week ago today, and have called them four times and have yet to get a real answer of where my product is. Some say it’s been shipped but that they’ve emailed the manufacturer for a supposed tracking number. Others say they are just waiting for the manufacturer to respond. Either way, a 3-5 business day delivery is total BS, and I have no idea when I might get this. I’m a little worried to try to cancel as I’ve ready some people have problems with that. Today’s “representative” merely said to call back in 24-48 hours, as the others in front of him have said. I will never order from this company again. I am a physician and am pretty patient in terms of service and problems with things I’ve ordered. This company is a scam. Just don’t do it, not even worth any money you might possibly save."
