"Decided to buy a tool with FAO because they accepted international cards (being from a country different to the US this was my only option). Turns out that after they charged my card they informed me that I needed to provide them with a transaction authorization code, that the bank had before shipping my item. Long story short, I couldn’t get the code in time which meant I had to cancel my order, all of which could have been avoided by simply stating all the information required for a transaction before the purchase. Anyways I’m now still waiting for the refund and waiting for the next time I go to the US so I can by my tool. Should have followed my friends recommendation: even if it’s 10 buck more expensive, save the hassle, use Amazon."
