"After reading these comments I'm glad I at least got my order. It took 3 weeks for a charger and an antenna. Their customer service sucks and I was on the verge of filing a chargeback on my credit card. Luckily, for me and them, the order arrived that day."

"Please do NOT do business with this seller. I made a huge mistake in purchasing headphones, car charger and cell case from them. The headphones were of horrible quality. Of course there is no toll free number, and the only way to reach them is through an asinine RMA# process thru e-mail which they do not respond to of course. So I sent the crap back and I still haven't gotten a refund or a response. They have beat me out of my money but I will not go down without a fight. I am feedbacking on every website that will let me. I sent auto e-mails to their dumb refund e-mail site every day. I have researched the better business bureau for their area as well as the Texas Consumer Complaint Division. I will be heard!"
"I check this site on occasion just to confirm that people are continuing to be ripped off by this company, as I was with my order of 18 Aug 2002, that was billed and never shipped and it amazes me that they would think these practices don't hurt in the long run. My companies would have probably done hundreds of dollars of business with anyone who treated us forthrightly,but as long as this order is outstanding, I will continue to post their practices on all of our Agricultural and rural services company websites, chat rooms and every Amateur Radio and personal site in my control.

The prices seemed so good, but if the company is failing to give 1 item in every few orders it might be that it's "too good to be true". I definitey will not use this company again! "I placed an order for 19 Nokia faceplates and a Nokia car charger on November 22nd. My VISA was charged on November 25th. The incomplete order was received on December 19th. I received all of the faceplates, but I did not get the car charger (the most expensive item in the order). I still have not received the car charger, and I have contacted the company numerous times by email, attempted fax (the line was ALWAYS busy) and by postal mail. "Purchased a couple of batteries and a car charger on Nov 4, at which time they happily charged my account but didn't send anything to me. (Unhelpful) Automated responses only to their e-mail support address, no phone number for customer service. I guess I could try their mailing address but since it is easier just to respond to an e-mail if you're an honest vendor... "
