"I never got my order but they charged my mastercard. They wont respond to my email inquiry and do not have a phone number. All you get from them is automated scripts from email. They officially suck. It would seem they have a web site set up for the sole purpose of getting people to give them their credit info just to scam them. "

"Ordered an extra battery for my cellphone and paid by credit card. Sent emails to addresses provided by Factory Direct Cellular, inquiring about shipment status...NO RESPONSE. Sent a fax to the number provided by Factory Direct Cellular...NO RESPONSE. Battery has not been received as of 2/5/04 so I cancelled payment with my credit card company. Looking at the other ratings on this website, it appears that this company either doesn't give a damn about customer service or they are committing fraud by accepting payment for orders that never get shipped. Either way, I'll never make the mistake of ordering from FDC again!"

"Buyer's "BEWARE". Stay away from this seller. Numerous delays with this order, items said to be backordered, then said to be reshipped, and then ultimately resulting in no response to e-mails or faxes. After five weeks still no order received. I did get my order on the 10th business day as they said.
They are a bit slow in getting the orders out.
Yes, they don't have a very good cust. service setup. Probably a small operation.
Don't know why my order spent 7 days in the mail from Texaz to Arizona.

"DON'T DO IT! This seller is operating a fraud and will not ship your order. A clue is that there is no way for you to call them. My credit card company is now disputing the charges and I have requested they be blacklisted. Try Buy.com and spend a few more bucks for peace of mind."

"BUYER BEWARE!!! The few high ratings make me feel this companys' employees posted them. My order is like 90% of the others, no order yet. I contacted them, only to receive an e-mail saying my order was returned to them because it had no address on it. Why did they send it out that way, and how do you ship a package without an address? All other e-mails have gone unanswered. And yes, like the others, my Visa has already been charged. Am in the process of disputing the charges now."

"I ordered a battery for my cell phone and still have not recieved it after 2 weeks although my credit card has been charged. I believe it is illegal for sellars to charge a card before shipping an order. "Same story as other people. Over three weeks, no order & no feedback from factorydirectcellular.com. Their motto should be "We keep prices low by having no customer service and by not sending out orders". I've already got in touch with my cc company to dispute the charge. This is my first bad experience with ordering through the internet but at least I now know to do a bit of research before making online purchases. UPDATE: battery arrived 23 days after ordered. I have since obtained the battery from another dealer (took 4 days from order!) so I will return it."

"I really wish I had read some the reviews here before I wasted time and money on this merchant. I have been waiting nearly a month for my order. They do not respond to my email, but they were fast to take my money. Hopefully MasterCard will have better luck with them than I have had, as they are my only recourse now. I guess it was a forty dollar lesson learned for me.

"I purchased a battery for my cellular phone. I received it about 10 days later and found that it would not charge properly. I went back to the web site and followed the return instructions, mailed the battery back(at my expense of course) and heard nothing for several days. E-mailed Factory Direct Cellular, again no response! Faxed a letter, again no response! I just wrote it off to just "getting screwed" and bought a new cellphone. Don't believe that "We generally respond to all inquiries within one business day" garbage they put on the website!"

"Hi !

I order from the US Territory of Puerto Rico a Leather Case for Nokia 6590 (NK6590-LTH). It was shipped on Friday May 30 and I received it on Monday June 2. My Nokia 6590 cellular phone perfectly fit in it. I received it faster than I thought! Factory Direct Cellular provided an excellent service ! The customer support that they provided was also excellent, my e-mails were answered promptly.
