"This is the 3rd heater I have ordered, I love that I can get reconditioned heaters to go into a 1915 and 1927 buildings, I keep a spare in each building so if one goes out I have a back-up. I go online, place my order and it usually ships within 24 hours and arrives in about 3 days. When my plumber had an issue hooking up the dual fuel heater, he made a call and got an answer on what needed to be switched within 30 minutes.
