"I wish I could give them zero stars. First it took almost 2 months for me to receive my order and when I finally received the shoes they were too big and the quality was HORRIBLE that I was not even able to wear them. You can see all the glue around the soles and there must be a screw coming up through the heel of the shoe that jabs into my heel whenever I take a step. Just an overall crappy product.
I contacted them for a refund and after waiting some time for a response they said will only give me a 15% discount and asked if I could fix them myself!! Umm really?? That's completely ridiculous.

"I placed an order for a tee shirt through Fairy Season (online) on August 7, 2018. I emailed the company on September 14, 2018 asking for an update on my package, as no shipping/tracking information was provided. The company asked me to give the shirt 30 business days to arrive. On September 21, 2018, I emailed the company again, notifying them that the order was past 30 days. They asked me to give the package 14 more business days to arrive. On October 8, 2018, I emailed the company and told them my package till hadn't arrived. They requested that I go to my local post office and ask if they had received my package. I went to my Charleston, IL USPS and they had not received a package for me. On October 11, 2018, I followed up with the company on my findings, and requested a full refund. On October 12, 2018 the company offered me a shipping fee refund, but not a 100% refund. On October 12, October 14, and October 15, I emailed the company asking for a full refund. The company is no longer returning my emails."
