"I have been waiting 7 months to receive 2 sweaters. Ordered in November with hopes to wear these items of clothing for the winter! After the back and forth, back and forth communication between customer service, they put in a request to re-send the orders. They told me I could receive a refund, with then telling me because the order was purchased after so many months, they cannot give me a refund. Suggested I find something else to purchase in lieu of the winter clothing, considering it was now March and I would be receiving my re-sent order in a few weeks and I wouldn't be able to wear my sweaters. So they wouldn't do a refund after telling me they would, my winter clothes were being re-sent and I was to wait again. Waiting, waiting, I received 1 package. Fit okay, doable. Waiting for my second package which arrived 2 weeks later ... To find the exact opposite of size! Now I have my orders after a re-sent and 7 fun filled months, to be in 23 above hot weather with sweaters and a baby size. I know my option, of please "patiently" wait for your order to be re-sent. So in another 7 months??? I guess by then it will be a full year and winter again (:

"Here it is April 30th and I am still awaiting one piece of my six piece order. First, if you buy something for $10 expect that its going to be poor quality. I am still perplexed at how I ended up at this website, as I believe I started the search at Amazon and was redirected. Anyway, quality is awful, a shirt and two dresses completely ill fitting. One bathing suit bottom was cut exactly the same for the front and back.. very strange. I have sent 3 emails after receiving an email that said my items had been 1) shipped and 2) been received. They had not. Customer service had difficulty understanding my email due to a language barrier, but no big deal, I wasn't in a hurry to get =ANOTHER poorly made product. All items came at different times and you CANNOT track shipping though it says you can. You have to rely on customer service to give you a timeline. And as the opening of this review stated I am awaiting one last product. I am 5'0" and about 105#.. honestly size of the clothing wasn't an issue (though I did get mediums) it was the quality, misaligned seams, material etc. Never, never again...."

"Tried this website in November. Received my items within 2 weeks, 10 days to be exact- the website said 7-14 days for delivery. Items are inexpensive, the quality was better than I expected. The sizing is not so exact, but I'm an in between size and it works for me. Would suggest order smaller. I would order from them again."
"I ordered a shirt and realized I had accidentally hit medium instead of small. So I looked on the website for fairy season and it didn't have a phone # but it did have a place to change the order status. I emailed them within the hour of placing the order to change the size. After 2 weeks I still didn't hear back so I submitted another email. A week later I get an email stating my shirt had been shipped. So I send another email about the size. Then an hour or so later they responded to my first email. They said that they apologized for not emailing sooner but they couldn't change it since they had shipped it. This is a scam. No phone number or place to submit a review on the sight. They don't respond and I read and made sure that they could change the order the way I did so through the site. They went on to state that I was stuck with the order, they don't do refunds, it is Asian size so a medium would be perfect (I'm a tiny chick so I know I needed a small), but they are sorry. I received the shirt yesterday and it fits like a large... not a medium.. not a small... a large! "
"Items ordered December 6, 2016 with free shipping. Website says 15-25 business days for delivery. First email from Vivian, customer rep, said it takes 35-45 business days. Items never arrived, told them I want a refund and here is the response from Hebe from today March 14, 2017:

"Ordered a few items for Xmas 2016... yes you guessed it. It shipped in 4 packages, it is now Feb. 24th and I have received NONE of the 4 packages. I have asked every week to get my money back but their line is that items can take up to 65 days... to get there.
What do they do put items from China in a row boat?
