"Ordered swim suit based on their sizing chart which matched the size I normally buy. The sizing is way off and the colors are extremely faded. Do NOT order from this company. They will not make it right and instead blamed me for ordering the wrong size. You cannot return or exchange. After several weeks of going back and forth with them, the best I could get was 20% paid back."
"Every item was so far off size it was a joke. I'm not thin...I'm a plus size. Ordered a 3X and the waist measured so small that it wouldn't fit one f my legs. A 3X T-shirt? Gave it to an easy medium sized friend. The 3X swimsuit tore. One item wasn't received, thank goodness and they don't offer to pay for the cost of returning their sub-par products.

"I have ordered from this site twice now, I have hated both things. The make and quality is poor. They have these beautiful models and then you get the clothes and it's crap. I am very disappointed. Any company that doesn't offer returns should just be a red flag that they are selling junk. "So now I read the posts !!!!!! I didn't realize that it would take 12 days to ship my order and I supposedly have another 10-20 days to wait to receive it. And one of the items is out of stock but they sure charged me for it. Maybe fairy season should charge customers for their orders when it is shipped instead of charging customers upon ordering and not being able to fulfill it. After reading all of the complaints I'm not sure I'll even get the order they say shipped yesterday.

"I ordered five shirts through a Facebook ad, before looking at reviews. I then went on and search for Fairy Season reviews and was scared to learn of all of the negative.
I am happy to tell you that I have now ordered multiple times from the site, and remarkably happy about everything I have received. Everything has been exactly as described on the website, and the quality is perfect. Just goes to show that you cannot believe everything that you read! "

"Not even a week after my purchase, I log into my bank account online and see an unauthorized charge of $154!!! I called my bank to get my money back and they said this company is notorious for taking peoples credit card information. They see it all the time!
I got an email saying my items had shipped, it had tracking numbers on both items but when I go to track them, they can't be tracked because my order qualified for free shipping. Still waiting on one more shirt...

I emailed c/s to ask where my package was and they told me a week later that it was not available at this time, so I asks for a full return, didn't hear anything for two weeks then all the sudden I got an email saying for order has shipped and I should receive it in 18-35 days..... beyond **** so much for needing a swim suit for this season. Btw still haven't received my package, can't seem to track it anywhere. Just a bad experience save your money and shop cupshe.. I've had a good experience with them, good prices and my packages come within a week or two of ordering. This fairy season is a scam.."
"I've bought items from similar online stores that ship from China. There is a size chart and even if you don't use that, if you've read any reviews you know to go with a bigger size than you typically would. My skirt fit great, and it was of a good material and head a slip inside. I got a lot of compliments on it. I saw these angry reviews, but I feel that even if it turns out not great, the items are so cheap, it's not the end of the world. I also received it in a week. When I ordered from Sammy Dress it took nearly 2 months."
"Heads up there is a NO RETURN POLICY!! I ordered 2 dresses. Once dress was too small. The second dress was too big. I contacted the customer service department and was advised there is a no return return policy. That's BS!! I failed to mention the dresses didn't look anything like what I ordered. Just glad the dresses were not to expensive. Never Again will I buy anything from Fairy Season Every Again. Lesson Learned!! "
