"It was preposterous. I wen into your 18675 E 39th St S. Independence Mo 64057 location purchased two pairs of shoe on August 14.2017. One pair was ordered online. I was informed I should receive shoe by Wed 16th. I didnt receive shoe. I decided to call on 25th. I was notified at that point that on augest 18th Famous Footwear was aware that my order was unable to be sent. But I was never contacted at all. I was told a email was sent. I never received a email about change in which Famous Footwear was knowledgeable five days prior to me knowing. Im very upset. A twenty dollar gift card was offered but that's like a punch in the face."
