"the famous footwear store at shadow lake in papillion nebraska did not have the shoe my daughter wanted so they offered to have the shoe sent to us in the mail. Very upset, after waiting for the shoe to arrive, we received the wrong shoe! The store employee placed the order for the sperry top sider womens pier view elastic canvas sneaker in off white, model #72186 and we received a white sperry top sider. not the correct shoe. It is not the elastic back or off white. I now have to go back to the store to get this exchanged, and wait for 3-5 more days. Just time wasted. very dissatisfied not with the local store but with whoever is responsible to send out item as this was ordered correctly."
