"A bit of an odd experience: placed an order after updating my shipping/billing address and payment method. That took a while because a message about tech difficulties. Finally proceeded to check out, received a confirmation of purchase made. Then I log back in because I receive no email notification telling me my order has been received. I look at recent orders and the link tells me that there are no recent orders, online, in store, anywhere! did my order go thru? I just got a notification from my bank telling me the charge went thru on their side."
