"It was terrible, like I said my order was cancelled after I was ***ured it would be here before Christmas, then when I tried to find a subs***ute it kept showing in stock only to have it emptied when I tried to confirm. When I contacted customer service they told me to get another item and they would upgrade to next day (which would still miss Christmas) but 3 times it was removed and while doing this the woman on chat told me she had spent all the time she could with me and had to go to the next person on chat. "5 days before Christmas I placed an order and paid for 2 day shipping. Didn't have a tracking number 2 days later so I got on chat and was told not to panic, guarantee their 2 day shipping. That night got an email cancelling my order because they didn't have in stock. Back on chat and was told nothing they could do now to get by Christmas because they didn't offer Saturday delivery, but I agreed to pick something else and they would have it to me Monday after.
So I picked another while on chat, when I hit confirm order after putting all my info back in it took it out of my cart, said it wasn't in stock. Tried again, same thing. Third time with different item same thing. Forth time and another different item, same thing. I did all this pretty quick, but lady on chat had had enough and said she had to go help others (she was waiting for me to give her my order number because she was crediting rush shipping). I gave up, I can't believe in 2016 that they can't get real time inventory. Joke of a company. "
