"The store in the Mall In Billings Mt. had an add for free shoes for the first 100 customers and you NEED TO BE PRESENT to win.
What they DID NOT state in there add was they would give them away at 6am and the store does not open till 10am and that you could use the WRIST BAND that you got at 6am to use before 12pm. I would think that present to win is just that present when they open not 4 hours earlier than the opening and just come back before noon to use your wrist band.
I do believe that is false advertising and I will be looking into it with more important people than me, just a working (never again) customer of theirs.
And after doing a little looking on the internet, it is plane to see that this company does not care about the average customer. they do not even try to help with a concern of the buyer(s), as posted on many different web complaint sites.
I myself called customer help line and inquired about this advertising of theirs and was told in short order, to pound sand and get a lawyer thats the way we do things in our world, they just put it in bigger nicer words and more rudely (Michelle) at the customer service, states she is a manager there, is the person who does not, will not and in no way is going to try to help resolve any issues a person has with there company. As of this writing I am thinking she is a good company coffee getter who is now in line for a bonus for putting off another UNHAPPY customer so no hire ups have to answer questions about there (false, in my opinion at this time)add that they have in the paper and on big bill boards around town."
