"I went in to the local Elk river, MN store close to closing time and found my shoes right away as I came from another store to get the right size. my son wanted some sandals. They did not have any- I asked for help to order and Michael said he needed a box to scan. I was like well you don't have any like the other store did so I need help to order online for the promotion. He was rude the entire time!!!! He was like there's a monitor over there and I was like are you freakin/fricken kidding me. like is this your representative and he got all huffy puffy walked to the door and said if you are going to curse at me you can leave. I was like since when is freakin a curse word? And he just gave me this blank look and would not check me out with the two other shoes I had- $90 Nike's I might add. I was so beyond appalled at this guys behavior- and this was not the first time. I spoke with my friend and she too had to leave as he was so rude to her. Not our idea of cus service."
