The first order I had to call customer service and then had to go in to a store to exchange it. The second order I had to call cs and then they told me I had to return the shoes and then call back to get the right shoe sent back out once the shoes where returned. I just called today AGAIN and now they don't even have the shoe and are telling me, after spending 30 minutes on the phone, that I would have to call back because the website is down.
