I was browsing / looking for a specific kind of sneaker (slip-ons), and not only found the (I believe FF exclusive) Converse shoreline, which are perfect, but the two employees were INCREDIBLE - wish I could remember their names -- but they helped me place online orders for the shoes I wanted (the store didn't have my size / color), and were just awesome & made my shopping experience awesome, and I was told that shipping might take a bit over a week (which would have been fine, as they were exactly what I wanted, and in any case we ordered them on Friday), and I just got them TODAY, so it took, what, 2 business days, tops -- just incredible. Just overall, an awesome experience. Will definitely be frequenting Famous Footwear more often!! (and just put another pair of Converse on a wishlist!)"
