"I bought extra shoes to add to the BOGO. The full price shoes were delivered but the half price one happened to be out of stock and canceled. I may not have bought that extra pair if not for the benefit of the half price item. Also, I ordered two colors of one shoe. Both pairs came in the same color. I called and they sent out the second color right away but said they would send me a tag or something by email to send the error shoes back free of charge; I never received any email about this."

Could not find in the store what I wanted, but will go back as the store manager said that he would help me locate what I was looking for. I just ran out of time at this visit.
