"My experience is usually excellent. Today I was a little disappointed that I had picked a terrific pair of boots at a great price. The website let me put it into my cart and then it wasn't until after I had put in my credit card information and pressed Review Order that I was told the boots were not available so I had to go back and shop. My feeling is that I should not have been able to put them in my cart in the first palce if they weren't available. Just something I wanted to point out. I think your website, customer service and online shopping experience is terrific! Keep up the good work!"
