"We ordered in store to our home (We live very far north) the service in store was amazing and we were assured the shoes would be shipped within a few days. Three weeks later I call and wait on hold for a half hour to be told that the order was cancelled and now that I had called they would refund me within 10 business days and then she hung up on me. I'm severely disappointed and quite frustrated with the customer service not informing me that the order was cancelled or unavalible because now all the colours are sold out and I have to start my search all over. It's a huge hassle. "
