"TERRIBLE BUSINESS
Read the reviews before using this website, then never use this website! put in a big order of $333.00, after they had taken payment they asked for extra details such as bank name and telephone number? If you need these ask for them when I'm paying, not when you have already taken the money! They emailed me asking to provide verification even though they had taken my money already! Then I was told due to a look of information provided (despite me providing this info) my order has been cancelled and refunded! Of course I have received no such refund, and the company rarely responds to emails even though I can see have been read. My thoughts is that they literally didn't have the items for my order due to the fact their website lists around 300 million items. Or it was just a complete scam!

"In a day and age where e-commerce is increasingly competitive I doesn't make sense to me why a site would tolerate bad customer service and/or bad policies. I've not only made several purchases for myself, I've recommended this site to others and I've gave links to family members for gift ideas. So, when I ordered a sweatshirt (at a sales price) and it was too large I inquired if I returned and re-ordered they would honor the sales price (they do have a no exchange policy posted). I emailed and received a response that they would indeed honor the price if I called custom service. I did and was surprised to hear that they definitely would not honor the price regardless of the fact that they saw the email that stated they would. I just returned the sweatshirt and will not re-order. It baffles me that in a competitive market where the only real difference is good/bad customer service and site loyalty they would risk any future orders in attempt to nickel and dime customers in the hope that they can get away with getting a few more dollars out of a single order."
"I bought my backpack from here and i just recieved it.I was literally freaking out that i wouldnt get it in time because i saw the reviews right after i bought my backpack from the website.But it shipped the day after i bought it and i got it on the 6th , so it took only 2 days.It came in nice condition also."

"Do not buy from this website!! Ordered a plaque about 3 weeks ago on June 18th. They gave me a 'guaranteed' shipping date of July 1st. Checked in on July 8th, and apparently the warehouse just changed the 'guaranteed' date to July 11th without any notice. I plan to wait these 3 days and cancel the order if I don't see any changes by July 11th. Customer service was poor and evasive. Blame it on the warehouse and sit back. Very poor buisness practice. "
"These guys immediately charge your account for the item and then go into slow motion on shipping the item. They then process an electronic notification of planned shipment to the shippers and USPS to create the appearance the item is shipped. All of their phone numbers automatically hangup on you when you call and reach them. Beware, they just want your money without delivering the product or customer service."

Although I am not happy about the experience or correspondence, FansEdge did refund my shipping cost. So they at least stepped up in that regard. For me, that means something. FansEdge in no way asked me to change my review, I just wanted to state both sides of what happened."
"I should probably wait to see how this turns out, but even if everything else goes smoothly I'm furious about this company's practices. I ordered several standard(not customized) items for Christmas presents on 12/2/2013. The site represents that 3 day shipping will take about 5 to 7 business days from fulfillment to delivery in continental US to a physical address. They say an email will be sent when the item ships. Well come to realize on 12/18 that I never received an email from them. I check my credit card transactions and sure enough, they charged me in full for the order on 12/2/2013. I go to the site to "track my order" and while the order date of 12/2 is plain, it shows status as "new" order. I call the customer service number, and am on hold literally for over two hours before a human comes to the phone. After 30 minutes of checking this and that, she can't tell me anything and offers to "track the order" which will take 3 to 5 business days. (i.e. after Christmas I can find out what happened to it while they have my money already.) Uh, no. I tell her I want to cancel. This takes another 20 minutes but she can't give me a cancellation transaction number, or even an internal cancellation number and tells me I will get a confirming email within 24 hours. I'm willing to bet I won't, but even if I do, I'm pretty unhappy with this company's customer service accessibility and the misrepresentations on the site. Mostly I think it is bad business practice to charge a customer for an order that has not been filled and shipped."
"I should have checked their reviews on this site before placing my order. I needed to receive my order the next business day for a retirement gift, so I placed the order over the phone and paid $20 extra for the shipping. I was provided a FedEx tracking number varifying that the item shipped that very day - but then FedEx indicated the package would be delivered 5 days later because the order was actually shipped the cheapest delivery method, FedEx Smart Post, which transfers the package to USPS for delivery. In addition, FansEdge made an error on my shipping address, but thankfully FedEx fixed that. Regardless, FedEx delivered it to the wrong post office in Washington, DC, and they have now lost the package entirely. I'm afraid I may be out $20 for my order and $20 for my express shipping. Buyer Beware! "
"I placed an order for an English Soccer Jersey on 12/17/2012 and selected Priority Shipping (3 days plus 'handling').
It's been 16 days so far and FansEdge representatives cannot provide me a tracking number, name of courier, and cannot tell me what has happened to my order and why it hasn't shipped (they aren't even sure where it is). And they refuse to cancel it/refund my money. I have been advised to 'just wait'.
In the three calls I've made in a week, each time I am asked to allow 48 hours for a response which I have never received.
I have advised them of my intent to pursue litigation should I not receive my order, and I've given them my attorney information.
Go with a reputable company like Nike. Pretty sure I've just been taken for $120."

"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a sweatshirt and it came with this big glob of glue stuck to it. I tried to peel it off, but couldn't. I tried to wash it off, but couldn't. So I contacted FansEdge.com. They told me that since I tried to wash it, they wouldn't do anything about it. They (weakly) offered me 10% off a future order and that was it. (Keep in mind, you can get more than that discount ANY day from any number of free coupon websites). TERRIBLE customer service. Total refusal to take responsibility for a damaged product. Refused to accept a return, refused to offer even a partial refund - nothing. Awful."
"This company has terrible customer service! I placed my order hoping that they would be the right sizes, but they ran very small. The return policy looked simple enough. However, I returned my items a month ago and have yet to see the refund.
The company never answers customer service calls, they have only responded generically to emails. They suck! They are the worst to work with. If you know you are going to love the item, then order it. But don't expect any help with a return, exchange, or refund.
I even tracked my package and can see it arrived at the warehouse as instructed about one month ago. They have the worst return policy and worst customer service of any sporting good store I have ever dealt with.

"I ordered an Atlanta Falcons fitted hat, expedited shipping. Two days later I received an Arizona Cardinals fitted hat. I contacted Fansedge and they said they would immediately send out the proper item and I can return the incorrect item.I received an e-mail stating the correct item shiped, but per UPS they never recieved the item to ship. 4 days later and UPS still has no record of the replacement shipment, Fansedge cant resend the item because it is no longer in stock, and I have to wait 5 to 1o days for a refund. Completely disorganized shipping department and warehouse. Do not use."
