"Avoid using any company associated with Fanatics. Which includes Fansedge. I've had issue after issue with their companies and their customer service is almost nonexistent. In the most recent case, I ordered a product through Fansedge. I revived a shipment from Highland Mint and it appears it was actually an order for someone in another state for a completely different company. Called Fansedge and they couldn't for out what hairbrush and wanted us to return the product we got to get a refund. We refused as the product didn't belong to them and we asked them to cancel our order and the replacement order they did without our consent. 3 days later, no updates so I call again. A claim number was created and we received an email that we would receive resulting in 72 hours. Lo and behold the claims team emails back and says they cannot cancel the order which won't ship until January. Funny thing is we placed an order directly with Highland Mint and they got the product to us in 2 days, no issues or stock problems. I call Fansedge yet again for the 3rd time and I'm actually told I should cut my losses. What kind of answer is that? At this point we initiated a chargeback with our credit card company. We will never order from this company or any of its associated organizations ever again and if you want to avoid a major headache it's highly recommended you don't order from them either. If I could give negative stars I would. Buyer beware!"

"Bought my son a sweatshirt in a size XL because he loves to wear his clothes super roomy. Received the sweatshirt and it fit him like is was a size medium. It was a 110.00 Lakers sweatshirt.....you would think at that price level they could figure out how to size clothes correctly. My son was very disappointed. Called them when I saw I would be charged the 10.00 return fee and explained the situation. The sweatshirt was sold out so we could not get a bigger size. I explained that my son loved the sweatshirt but we were forced to return the item because the sizing was way off. This is a manufacturer and Fans Edge issue and should not be costing me money because of their failure to deliver a properly sized sweatshirt. Their customer service rep told me it's their policy and that regardless of the situation I would incur the 10.00 fee. I emailed Fansedge and received no response. I will not be shopping at this retailer again. Fanatic's owns Fansedge and we will not be purchasing anything through this company either. There are too many good online retailers out there to waste time with either of these companies. "

"I ordered a shirt for my brother’s birthday and they messed up my invoice! The special literally said 25% off and free shipping, and it took the 25% off(which was correct). Then it said subtotal $20.99 which was write and so I pressed confirm and pay. Turns out they charged me for $10 shipping and with tax the total was like $32.50. I called them and their rep said that I chose the expedited shipping option, when I didn’t(it didn’t even have an option to choose type of shipping) plus it was supposed to be free! The rep says there’s nothing they can do because they’ve already shipped it. Also I haven’t received it yet so hopefully it’s the right product. I really hope they make this right because this is ridiculous!"
"I placed an order on 11/14 and upon receiving the confirmation email, I noticed the ship date was 2.5 months out. When I called to cancel the order, the customer service rep said that since it was shipped from a manufacturer, they couldn’t cancel it. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the rep put me on hold and after a few minutes, came back and said “my supervisor agrees with me”. After finally getting the supervisor on the phone herself, she said that the customer has 30 minutes within placing the order to cancel a order that goes through a manufacturer, which is NOT stated on their website or on the checkout page. Additionally, the product confirmation email says if I wish to cancel the order at any time, to contact FansEdge. The supervisor also told me that “every company‘s policy is that you can’t cancel orders after a week”. So apparently “Nancy Arora” (supposed supervisor) is the expert in nationwide company policies...
The only solution they offered was for me to wait until the item is delivered so that I can ship it back and receive a refund. So basically I need to wait on this issue for 3 months before I can resolve it. If the item isn’t shipping until 1/22, they should be able to contact the manufacturer directly to have the order cancelled. Such a nightmare! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Sketchy policies and sketchy customer service..."
