"I placed this order on Sept. 15, 2016. After weeks of not receiving it, I called. Person said she was notating a lost package and reordered. Said I would get email confirming new order which I never did. Gave it a couple weeks, called back, said it would ship on 24th of Oct. Did not receive it, called back to cancel, person on phone said, it was to ship on Nov. 4th. I said, "No I want to cancel this order to which she responded she could not cancel it. I told her I would give them one week to have my package or refund my money or I would take it further. My order was for $172.27. "
"I called them up and they told me that they were very backed up and are trying to get orders as fast as they can go. I never received an email stating my order was backed up (that would have been nice) and if they cant get their logistics down at this time of the year then they will go under when the holidays come around. "Ordered two shirts for nephew's birthday 15 days before needed. Both shirts had "ships within 6 days". Day 10- called and was told there was no time frame that could be given for when these items will ship because warehouse is going through a new process. Day 11- online chat...what a joke! It took 20 minutes for someone to get online to tell me the same thing! Day 12- one of two shirts arrived. Day 13- emailed about second shirt, was told warehouse is going through new process -blah, blah, blah. Day 14- called again, once again told about new process and hurricane delays. CS Agent said that the warehouse is so backed up September orders are still waiting to be processed and they appreciate those who are patient....what! Why, oh why does it still say these shirts will ship in 6 days online? Never ever again, can't believe they are getting away with this."

"I ordered a few shirts from FansEdge...when I received the order both shirts didn't fit correctly and the one item looked different than it did on the website (the logo appeared much smaller on the shirt). I wanted to exchange one item for a larger size and return the item that looked different but FansEdge does not do exchanges so I was told I had to return both items and re-purchase the one I wanted in a larger size. However if I did this I would lose the sale price on the item because the sale had ended. I then decided to just return both items and get my money back. Not so simple. After returning both items and only receiving credit for one they tried to tell me that the second item I returned was NOT there item and therefor they could not credit me back. Ridiculous! I will never order from them again no matter how good the sale price may be."
"I bought a Nike sweat shirt, my son wore it once and the string came out of the hood. I contacted FansEdge, and they do not do exchanges! We did not have the tags so they said they couldn't give us a refund. I told them I didn't want a refund, I just wanted an exchange. They refused with out having the tags. "I wish I had read the return policy more closely before I ordered from their website. They do not process exchanges anymore...you can only return items if they do not fit. The sizing listed on their website for slippers is WRONG. I ordered 2 pairs of slippers for Christmas presents based on their sizing and they were both VERY SMALL for the size. Since they do not exchange sizes, I am out the money to ship back the slippers. I don't want to take the chance of ordering another size in case they don't fit again. I will not order from their site again."
"I bought a few birthday presents and one Christmas present at the end of September because items were on sale. I did not look at the Christmas present until it was time to wrap and upon opening I found that part of the logo was damaged. I called customer service to return the item and low and behold their "365 day Hassle Free Return Policy" does NOT apply to damaged items. You have 30 DAYS to return those. Does it say this anywhere on the return slip? NO. Sure I should have inspected the items right when I received so part of this is my fault, however, I would think the company would like to keep their customers satisfied.
Returns are not hassle free. I suggested they make it clear how many days you have to receive a refund for EVERY return reason on the return slip.
I purchase from them regularly but was disappointed with this encounter. "
"I am completely dissatisfied with this company. I ordered merchandise on December 10th which contained Christmas gifts. I keep track of the tracking information of this package, due to the fact that it contained gifts, and the order continued to state that the label had been created but there was no movement with the package. I decide to call customer service in the 16th and I expressed my concerns with the representative. She disregarded my concerns and claimed that the problem was most likely due to packing methods. I was also told not to worry because I would receive my package before Christmas. I keep watching the tracking information for my package and decided to call once again on the 18th because the status remained the same. The representative I spoke to was also concerned about the status and actually took the time to put in a request to find my package because of the concern. During the conversation I expressed that the items were Christmas gifts and she guaranteed on several occasions during the conversation that I would receive a full refund if I did not receive my package before Christmas. I then told her that I’d rather receive them before hand and she apologized for the inconvenience and stated once again that I would receive a full refund if not. She also informed me that I would be emailed any updates. I continued to track my package and it was finally shipped on the 20th, 10 days after my initial order. During this time I was also informed that one of the items were now out of stock. On the 23rd the tracking information stated that the expected delivery date was the 26th, so I called customer service once again because of my dissatisfaction. This representative stated that that was the expected date and that her end showed that I would receive the items by the 24th. Of course this did not happen and I received the gifts the day after Christmas. I decided to call todays, November 27th, to ask about my refund and the representative told me that the information I received was false. The complete refund was only guaranteed to those who ordered between the 18th and 20th. I inform her that I was told more than once otherwise and that my order was placed in plenty of time for it be here before Christmas, but because of their mistakes that did not happen. She said that the best she could do was 20 percent off. I then asked to speak with a manager. The representative came back on the phone and stated that the manager was busy, but she had spoken with her and she said she could not do anything because it was not ordered between the guaranteed days of the 18th and 20th. She then asked if I would like for the manager to call me later and I said yes.
I also received 4 difference emails from fansedge. Two one the 10th, one thanking me for my order and one stating that my package had been sent. I then received the next email on the 20th stating that my package had been sent. (the package was sent within the time frame of the guarantee refund days so I would think that the refund would pertain to my order, right?). I also received one on the 21st that asked about my experience. Obvious my experience was horrible I will not shop with this company again because they obviously do not care about customer satisfaction.
