The items were purchased for use at Halloween, so I may be canceling the order if shipment does not take place tomorrow. "very disappointing 4 of my friends placed orders on their children costumes. it was check as "In stock" 4 days later an email that the item was out of stock from the beginning they just forgot to update their website. and still today, it says in stock for the deluxe musketeer toddler costume, now am going crazy trying to find a costume 2 weeks before halloween. not happy about it!"

There date falls on November 2, a couple of days past Halloween. Terrible service and shipping. I would not order from this company again if they paid me. I did not seem like there was any accountability or concern that my order may arrive after halloween. Looks like for this company the customer takes a backseat to service.
