The items were purchased for use at Halloween, so I may be canceling the order if shipment does not take place tomorrow. "No. I ordered the Pikachu costume and received an e-mail a week later that it was out of stock. Now, I am out of luck finding a costume for my son because it is too late. They sent a e-mail link for me to reply and each time it was undeliverable. Even though I will not receive the item, they charged my credit card. Now I will have to contact paypal to have them remove the charge. I will stick to familiar sites from now on. I took a chance with a company based on endorsements listed on the site. " I ordered a costume for this halloween and called to check on the shipping status two days later and was told it would be delivered 8-10 business days from now via USPS (I spoke with David). There date falls on November 2, a couple of days past Halloween. Terrible service and shipping. I would not order from this company again if they paid me. I did not seem like there was any accountability or concern that my order may arrive after halloween. Looks like for this company the customer takes a backseat to service. I should have known better the only reason I choose them was they where 10.00 less of my costume. Buyer Beware, order from somewhere more reputable. You never now who you are dealing with when buying online!"
