"Overall experience was excellent. I was really worried about using any service as there are lots of bad sites. However I read a number of reviews and visited forums before deciding to risk using FastGSM. I needn't have worried. I unlocked three phones so that my wife and kids could all change to the same network provider as me (GiffGaff in the UK). First was a Blackberry Pearl 8100. This was quite tricky to do as there were lots of steps and I am not familiar with the Blackberry OS. However it all went smoothly and I had my first success. I then needed to unlock two Samsung phones and these were really easy. I just had to read the IMEI number off the phone serial number sticker and send it to FastGSM. A few minutes later the unlock codes were received by email. Thoroughly pleased with myself and happy to recommend FastGSM."
