"My wife and I decided this would be a great gift and ordered a Cold Hardy Haas avocado. I was surprised how quickly it arrived and even more shocked that after sitting in 40 degree weather for nearly six hours that I had no problems whatsoever. There was only one leaf that was damaged during shipping and it was one I would've pruned anyways due to possible pest damage. The plant was very healthy with no sunburn, lots of small buds, tons of healthy leaves and a large root ball. I left all my supplies inside for 8 hours to bring everything up to temperature before repotting. I ordered organic soil and root booster along with the plant. I used a mix of compost from a terrarium, magnesium salts, avocado and citrus food from Job's, root booster, small pea gravel, sand and the organic potting mix. I top dressed the soil and covered with moss to help maintain temperature and soil moisture. The avocado has a pH, water sensor, and light sensor installed on the outer portion of the root ball along with a small grow light to help straiten leaves and small branches. It sits along six other very young seedlings and my microgreens. Thanks a ton for the best plant buying experience I've ever had! I'm telling everyone I know about this place!!!"

"Ordered and received 7 feet trees that arrived very fast. It seems that trees are grown too close together in the nursery, encouraging spindly growth and little branching. While trees are healthy, they will require several years of pruning to attain a proper shape and look."
