I'm is a very bad mood.
Please keep in mind I finally called Fastfix123 after spending a totally disastrous 7-8 hours the day before with a company called Tech Fix Pro trying to fix my computer (mostly trying to over come a language problem, his Indian accent did nothing for my Texas redneck english). I then found your company on the internet, and when your rep (Tyler Lampman)answered "Hello Fastfix 123" I new I found relief. Now at least I'll have no language barrier to over come, my computer problems were frusterating enough. Tyler listened to my issues wrote them down, got me signed into link to take over my computer, run a diagnostic, advised me of the problems, sold me your plan and "Malwarebytes" turned me over to a level 3 tech named Demetrius Lewis who reviewed everything with me, spent the next 3 hours getting my mess cleaned up and all as went or better than Tyler said it would. 30 min later, a problem re-appeared, I called back and talk to a Level 3 tech named Dean, we talked for 30 seconds, he pulled everything up and he had the problem fixed in short order. As it turned out it was really a microsoft glitch. I truly wish I could package the kind of service these 3 gentlemen preformed. It was flawless, with up front information and with a willingness to want to help. If these 3 are an example of your entire staff you are a person to be marveled. Great employees need great employers. Thank You
