"eddy131: On 10/25, I called regarding a problem on my Windows PC, which turned out to be a virus. I was so lucky to be connected with Tech 131, (Eddie), to help resolve my problem. This gentleman was soooo patient, calm and professional throughout the long process we had to go through to get my PC back up and running!! He explained everything in detail; walked me through the proceedures to reinstall my Windows again. Not once did he seem angry, or eager to get me off the phone.
