Brandon was extremely patient and polite with all my anxious questions. The process was completed successfully.

I was informed by Agent 121 that the process would take 5-10 hours, putting the completion time sometime between 10:30pm and 2:30am. Due to numerous disconnections, the work was not completed until noon the next day. My initial issues relating to a potential malware as diagnosed by a Technician 121 on my computer were never clarified nor confirmed. At least I know now that my computer is clean. I'm not convinced I needed all the work that was done however, and it was Brandon's good questions posed to me that made me doubt that even more. I will never know."

With the problems (virus) we had with our new computer I called Microsoft and they installed Fast Fix 123 and cleared up all of our issues. They also installed Malwarebytes to protect our computer from any future virus attacks. Now my 82 year old mother can play her Yahoo Pinochle in the morning without any problems at all.
