"Love the selection and the website, especially being able to search by gender and age, and top sellers. I had two issues that hopefully you can improve on. I needed to order 5 boomerangs. The website indicated one of the styles I wanted was sold out. So I switched to a style that indicated there were many in stock, so I would be sure to get them. When I picked up my order at the store and brought the boxes home, the 5 boomerangs were missing. Issue 1 - So apparently the website wasn't accurate, since I called the store and they said the boomerangs were back-ordered. Issue 2 - I didn't receive an email notice that the boomerangs were out of stock until the day after I picked up the order at the store...that was 4 days after placing my online order. I'm not terribly upset, but want you to know the sequence of events. Still love the store and the friendly service (including the complimentary gift wrapping!) Just got the email that my boomerangs are available for pick-up. Took an extra 5 days to get them...so glad I shopped early!"
