"Delivery came on promised day, which pleased me. The only disappointing thing was that there was an additional charge for mailing out the ladybugs to be sent. The cost of the bugs was included in the original cost but not the shipping of them. Since it was a gift I wish the cost of the shipping had been included so the recipient of the gift would not have to pay the $5.00 fee. I give gifts often to children whose parents would not be able to use even $5.00 this way. When I give a gift I don't expect someone else to have to pay a shipping fee in order to use it."
