"I purchased the Jump Smart Trampoline from Fat Brain's online website. Product arrived in good condition, putting it together was very challenging. It took 3 people to put the final piece in place and the instructions were hard to follow visually as their pictures were vague. I complained about trying to put the final piece into place via Facebook and Fat Brains customer service promptly responded to my complaint! I was extremely impressed with their promptness and willingness to help. Luckily once we had a third person we were able to get the final piece in place and my son LOVES this toy."
