I couldn't believe the products and great information that I found on this site. They have an incredibly helpful rating system for all their products that you won't find anywhere else. I was a little disappointed that we were told if we bought a certain product we would receive a free gift and at checkout were told that offer expired today and was not available to us. It should have been removed from the website rather than offered if that were the case. Otherwise it was a great experience that continued after our purchase. We were impressed to receive updated delivery/tracking information from Fat Brain. This was much different from the usual track it yourself and get no where when it takes too long experience at other companies.
